Henry Herring and wife, vs William Wade and John Fennel.
NOTICE is hereby given unto John Fennel,one of the defendants in the suit,that he
appear at the next term of this court to be held in said County of Greene at the
Courthouse in Snow Hill,on the second Monday after the fourth Monday of September 
next and plead answer of dentur un-- the said bill of complaint,or the same will
be taken pro---,[as to him] and set for hearing exporte.
