It appearing to the Court in this case that AMOS FAULKNER, GEORGE FAULKNER,
and WILLIAM YEARWOOD and wife, CATHERINE, defendants, are non-residents of
this State, it is ordered by the Court that publication be made in the Raleigh
Standard for six successive weeks notifying said defendants to appear at the
next term of this Court, to be held in Snow Hill, Greene County, on the first
Monday of October next, then and there to plead, answer or demur to said bill;
otherwise the same will be taken pro confesso as to them and heard accordingly.
Witness J. A. EDWARDS, Clerk and Master in Equity for said Court, the second
Monday after the fourth Monday of September A.D. 1861.
